I thought the numbers depended on the brand? So there's a universal number for hair colors now /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yeap...the package od ALL my hair says 30. I think depends on the way the light is hitting it. It can look dark at times and light at times.

I agree....in words, I'd describe it as either a dark-honey-blond color or a really-light-golden-brown....

Each brand varies slightly--but they all follow the same color/number scale....

I forgot to mention that the one I had on my head in my previous fotki was from the brand Bohyme color #33 (dark red) NOT #30 but the pic that looks like a dark blonde/light brown to the left of the red hair is #30 that my mom uses. Sorry for the confusion.

I couldn't post the image since my site is password protected but it is the picture labelled "h2" in my previous fotki http://public.fotki.com/Tiburondm in the saharian smooth folder. Look towards the bottom of the pic to see the color more clearly since the top half of the picture came out too dark.

Yea it varies on what company its from and also the light your in...its really a medium auburn it should be more of a reddish color than blonde....

when i wear a weave i have to get a 30 to match my hair color....

what blaxal posted is about right. My hair is a #30 (the bottom half). Hopefully I'll have my digital camera before I dye it back dark so that you can see it.
