Rice Water Rinse out Treatment- How often do you use the rinse? I asked the owner and she told me it can be used twice a week.
Daily Treatment- I didn't see a lot of reviews on this product. I don't want to have protein over load so I wasn't sure if this was a good idea or not.
Chebe Clay Gloss- I really like this product. It gave me definition and shine. How often does this need to be used?

I’ve only used the Chebe Gloss from the items you mentioned. Once a month seems to be fine for my hair.

No. I do steam directly after rinsing with a moisturizing DC'er.
