Curling with a flatiron

I used to do that with my maxiglide after seeing it done on QVC, but mine never come out that curled. What's that about a 1.5 inch flatiron? Maybe the maxiglide was too big. :think:http://www.planet-smilies.de/a_smilies/schilder_2.gif

When I use my flatiron, I curl my hair at the same time. Not tightly though, just how you see it in my siggie pic.

Oh WOW, this soooooo helps me. I flat iron my hair and then roll those individual pieces with satin rollers:confused: alot of work cause i have alot of hair....i'm going to try this. i like to flat iron but i want curls/waves when I do it.

I just left a comment in your fotki about that. :)

I actually do love those rollers, too. :D

i will check it out!

dh laughs at me with my old school rollers but shoot I LOVE them, I will even put one or two big ones at night on my ponytail if its not acting right the day before with just wrapping.

those rollers are hard to find sometimes.

Is there an advantage to doing this instead of using hot curlers?

For me is it just easier because I flatiron my hair anyway. I flatiron and style/curl at the same time. I maintain it with rollers so I don't need any more heat for a while.
