you might have to do a small retrim. I did when my hair was behaving like that and it was a lot better after the small trim. But give all the suggestions a try and trim as your last resort.

I think so! After my big shop, my hair was really rough (fine and ROUGH). I did 2 more trims to finally recover my fine and soft hair.
