I started in October, took them out in November, but them back in December, took them out last weekend, rollerset last night.

The braids go back in early-March if I decide to relax, mid-February if I decided not to. I didn't use exactly the same products and I didn't leave them for 2 months.

A 3 months difference? That is brilliant
What is your regime and the products you use?
Your hair looks lovely.
Happy hair growing girl :)

I mixed AphoGee Green Tea Reconstructor, Royale Braid Spray, and IC Moisturizer in the bowl and sponged on daily. Every couple of days (or as needed) I used the Carrot Oil Creme, just to skim the braids. I washed every 3 days with Phyto Nectar and conditioned with Humectress or Keracare. I also deep conditioned my braids, yep, under the bonnet dryer every couple of washes. This was my basic regime but I used other products occasionally (Kenra, MTG, Porsity Control).

Good Progress!!! I also deep condition while in braids, I thought I was the only one doing this!!! Hope your progress continues!!!

Your hair is growing beautifully!! You washed every three days? I just started the CnG last month, I have had growth since taking them out last weekend, but I would have never washed every three days, I may incorporate this. What kind of hair did you used to braid your hair? Thanks.

Do you take vitamins?

Do you get build up at the base of the braid when you use heavy conditioners?

Oh yeah, it was bad. I might lighten up a bit, but I think the deep conditioning made a big difference. Here's a pic of the hair I lost. It's more than I usually lose, but I wasn't too upset.

Yep, every 3 days. The African Braid Spray is kinda sticky. It needed washing that often. I used Kanekalon that I soaked in apple cider vinegar.
