the green and white one - can't live without it.
I don't detangle with conditioner, I detangle with CON (Thanks JCoily!)

However, I'm reading that CON may have a high PH level so maybe i should switch occasionally...

Definitely the GREEN writing! (I think the professional size is a yellow bottle w/green writing and the personal size is a white bottle w/green writing). It's the Ultra Moisturizing & Detangling Conditioning shampoo. I love it. But, I'm going to switch occassionally. I think I'm going to purchase Breakthru poo and Mane-n-Tail poo also.

I've only used CON red, and it hooks me all the way up...but when the red is out, I guess I should try the green .

I just used the green label (after using the red one two weeks ago) and I think my hair is the same, it was way more moisturized and detangled after I used the red one. Both are keepers though.
