What's everyones opinion on the following conditioner? I used this for the first time last night with Mane N Tail shampoo, and I was wondering what results did others have. Does it do exactly what the container states: Stop breakage after the first use.

I'm not sure how effective it is, but I always liked how it made my hair feel when my hair was relaxed. My hair was so soft!

It really does. I've used it several times and it works! I just used it again 5 mins ago

I use this as my weekly deep conditioner. I just started adding a bit of amla oil, and my hair has been doing well! Yes, it does stop breakage immediately, but be careful not to over-condition. It may take a few tries to get the timing right.

ETA: I just hope they eventually start making a formula w/o all those gritty herbs. I have a hard time rinsing them from my hair, and I know it probably keeps a lot of people away from an otherwise decent product.

I love this stuff (I was sad when I ran out; the next time I go to the BSS I'll have to get some more). I used to use it in conjunction with the After-Shampoo Moisture Plus Conditioner to deep condition. Like others have said, it does stop breakage after the first use.

I love it.. i used it a couple of times, and it is def going to become my staple...makes my hair feel strong, and stopped my unexplanable breakage in its tracks!!

never was too crazy about the shampoo or the conditioner...

BUT the treatment that is tan with little herbal speckles in it that comes in a jar.....and smells oh so yummy...

Well mixed with a little EVOO....was WONDERFUL for my relaxed hair...

My natural hair doesnt like it as much....BUT if I ever relax again...its going to be an INSTANT STAPLE!! I love that stuff...mineral oil and all

I hated the chunks/twigs in it. Makes it very difficult to rinse out.

I use this faithfully and it does stop breakage but I don't know if it stops breakage the very first time you use it especially if you have serious breakage but if you are having shedding problems and minor breakage it will definitely stop the breakage. JMO of course

Right. I stopped using it for that reason alone. As far stopping breakage, I had to use a few times to see a difference.

I just used it and I still have hair coming out...less though, maybe. I'll see when it's fully dry.

I love this product; it does help with breakage and shedding. I also use it as a deep conditioner weekly and it makes my hair soft and manageable.

I used it 2 consecutive washes and that's when I saw a difference. Depending on the extent of the problem it may take a little longer.

I loove this conditioner. It is one of my staples. It may take more than 1 use to stop breakage(severe) though. I have no problem with the specks of herbs.

Its great for breakage, and for that reason only , I can deal with the herbs

Well my hair is pretty much dry and I combed it with my shower comb and I had no breakage. When I combed it wet I had strands in the comb though.
I'll keep trying it.

I love this conditioner. I just start using it about 3 weeks ago, and I must say that it's a great product. I had a little breakage (not much though) after using this, I noticed my hair is becoming much stroger. It also makes my hair super soft and it keeps its moisture until my next wash day.

It's like the angels mixed it up just for me. This stuff is great. I don't even mind the sticks in it.

How long do you leave the conditioner in? According to the container, 5 minutes max under a heated dry. Can you leave it in longer w/o the heat?

I really like this line....it does exactly what is says it will do. However, in my experience it only truly stops after one use if you use their shampoo and conditioner together.
