CoWash after a rinse?

Is it safe to co wash after applying a rinse. I have nothing but clarifying shampoo and I really don't want to use that so I thought I would use the conditioner. I hope it doesn't mess my hair up.

I think it's safe. The rinses usually last 6-10 washes depending on how well it took to the hair (this has been my hairperience, not a universal law). You're probably smart in doing a CO wash as oppose to using a clarifying poo since the poo would probably wash the color out in maybe 2 or 3 washes.

Thanx...I'm gonna co wash and deep condition with Silicon Mix...this is my first time using it and I' excited about it.
