I went to my local health food store and they sell henna. I was a little aprehensive to buy it because I'm not that educated on the stuff. My question is....what should I be looking for on the box? I am relaxed, so I don't want to try anything that could cause me to lose my progress.

I also saw Biotin conditioner, has anyone used this before? And do/did you like it?

I saw Henna at Whole Foods and was about to post a similar question.....

Waiting for answers with you :sekret:

My advice would be to check old threads and PM someone who has relaxed hair and has used henna. I personally wouldn't use it on relaxed hair. I do use Bigen and Hennalucent though, which don't contain metallic salts. Good luck to you!

I dont Henna but I have read all the threads. From the rules for relaxed hair everything says do not buy that. You want to use body quality Heanna only.
Sareca has all this info in her siggy. I will find the link for you.
