I've been looking at these types of long hair care sites as well and I'd never allow my hair to grow that long if it were able to. I think the hair is beautiful, but I've seen the way an old friend of mine had to wash her almost knee length length hair back in the day, and I felt very uncomfortable for her. It's hard work and she had to wear it in a bun almost all of the time, because she had to be to careful wearing it out keeping it wrapped up in her hand on the bus and so forth so that it didn't get stuck in anything... just too much

I totaly agree with this. And for some reason, hair that long, anything past waist-length, just creeps me out.

It gorgeous, but I NEVER would have my hair that long. It seems tiresome, and tedious. Especially my natural hair, forget about it. Detangling would be non existant

On a black girl, hair that long will be totally impressive. This is why people do a DOUBLE-TAKE when they see my hair...they can't believe that a black girl could have hair this long...unless it's a weave. Sad but TRUE experiences.

I agree with this. I want to enjoy life, not live my life for my hair. Can you imagine the strain that much hair must put on the C-spine and the rest of the vertebral column?
