Confused? ORS or Vitale

I am torn between these two relaxers. I am currently an affirm user and my hair lately seems underprocessed. Could someone please help me understand the benefits of one of these relaxers over the other.

Vitale underprocessed me soooo bad or maybe I didnt leave it on long enough, but I had it in for a good 35 minutes... and my hair is a medium 4a/b ,you be the judge.

ORS has worked very well for me. I've used it for my last two touch ups and my hair always comes out very soft and straight. I'm never underprocessed. My hair is somewhat fine, so I only leave it on for about 15-18 minutes. That's long enough for my newgrowth to get nice and straight! It also doesn't leave such a strong chemical smell in your hair afterwards. I used Dark and Lovely for a long time and my hair would always smell like chemicals after my touch ups.

I think one of the best things about the ORS relaxer is the ORS replenishing pak. It's extremely moisturizing.

Same here, used for the last 2 touchups, and my hair is also fine. I only leave it on for about 10 minutes at the back of my head because this area has always been a bit more weak. Not anymore.
