Conditioning Cap Question

Is there a difference between the metallic gold, metallic silver and the plain old plastic caps other than price? I have all three, but wondered if the metallic ones offer some additional benefit?

I am using the metallic gold (which is silver on the inside) for the first time right now. It is supposed to warm your conditioner using your own body heat so that you can be free of the dryer. My head does feel warmer, but certainly not hot.

I agree. I use mine only for pre-poos though.
