Conditioners containing MSM

Has anyone used conditioners or shampoos containing MSM, if so, what were the results? I ask this because I am considering putting some MSM powder in a leave-in.

You may want to check the hair recipe board I think there was a recipe for MSM conditioner???

From what I read in the Kathy Howse book, the only thing your hair will absorb is protein. SO I am assuming once you wash your hair the MSM will wash out with it.
