Ladies,

I've been experimenting with CO washes for the past two weeks and I want to testify that it is GREAT!!! You ladies that do this might, kinda, sorta know what you're talking about... (smile)

The only difference is, instead of wetting my hair and applying conditioners, (I use several) I apply it right on top of my dry hair and get it fully saturated and engulfed with conditioner and go on about my business. If I'm really lazy, (which is most of the time), I'll put a plastic bag on and go to bed and rinse out the next morning. My hair loves it and I do see the benefit of doing this.

There is a thread about daily rinsing which provoked my curiosity to do this. I have to cast my vote, it works! My hair thanks me often!!! (smile)

I just started doing conditioner washes myself and I really like it also.

I do the exact same thing, just hate seeping w/a cold wet head

 I think we are on to something! I do the something similar, since I hit the gym in the mornings again, I put the conditioner on before I workout. When I come back, I rinse it out in the shower....... After day three of this, I had to look at my hair while in the shower cause my hair felt so soft, I was wondering if it was all still there. :yep:

Sleeping w/a plastic cap for me has not worked in the past no matter how I try to secure it so I've given up on that but this way works for me.

Everyone has commented on how fast my hair seems to be growing so I know what my regimen is going to be for a WHILE!

:yep:

What conditioner do you use for your co-washes??

I'm relaxed and the conditioners that I use are:

Neutrogena Triple Moisture
Dove Intensive Moisture
Elasta QP DPR-11
Kenra
Suave Humectress
Salerm Wheat Germ Mask
Loreal Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture
Garlic Conditioner (can't remember the brand/good softening ingredients)

I know it's a lot, but my hair loves it!!! This has really helped with my breakage and has really helped with the shedding.

They're all great and I have a hard time deciding... What's a girl to do??? JUST USE ALL OF 'EM!!! (LOL)
