I had a long email written out, but then the page went screwy on me! 
Long story short: I bought this product about 3 weeks ago when looking for the Caruso, out of impatience I bought this instead. So, it was just in my room collecting dust because I was kicking myself for buying this instead of the Caruso since this one doesn't use steam...yada, yada, yada...I re-colorshines my hair and airdry overnight, I oversleep and have no time to use the flatiron, so I plug this baby in put in about 7 or 8 rollers, mill around the house for 10 minutes and finger comb. Results: FABULOUS, my co-worker even commented, so of course I talked to her about hair for at least 20 minutes.
