Computer Issues - Where is the Sticky?

There used to be a sticky in the tips & product review section about how to change your settings to avoid redirecting to other websites. I guess it has something to do with spam filtering - I don't know b/c the whole technical thing escapes me. Can someone please post the link so that I can fix my computer? TIA...

Bumping - this redirect is driving me crazy. Does anyone out there remember this sticky/thread that I'm talking about. It was just up in the last few weeks. Thanks again...

Yeah the fotki & now even when I pull up my Explorer. I think the thread did reference Fotki. Do you have the link to the thread or know how to get this off?

I'll continue to look because i thought it was a sticky, too. But i can't seem to find it. Hopefully somebody will come along and help.
