I haven't tried Phyto but from what I've read from Phyto users there is no perm like Phyto.

Check my siggy...I use that organic conk stuff....I used to be one of the biggest pushas out there son...can't do it no mo...my baby gets dogged out too much...so now..my mission in '08 is to help stop the Phyto hype...the monster I helped create..must be slain...there are heads that can still be saved from dryness...

Most I've heard feedback from seem to really like it... and it's cheaaaper!

I loved PHYTO, but for some reason it my hair was dry as a stick after my last couple of relaxers. It was a maze using the relaxer and trying to figure out what products work with it on relaxer day and which don't (always hated that reconstructor).
Last relaxer I used ORS no-lye and it was wonderful! I must be crazy
because I'm still thinking about PHYTO even though they jipped me in the end.

IMO there is no relaxer comparable to Phytospecific, and, in the search for something cheaper, better, I've tried many including the ORS - it was a no go for me. It was fairly gentle, but it did not straighten my hair as well and did not give me that Phytospecific-effect that I love so much.

I need for new folks to stop using it...I can't take the my hair is dry, Phyto was the devil relaxer that caused it, Phyto sucks eggs, etc....I've watched it for years now...I just can't take it no mo...I can't...I'm just trying to save heads from dryness girl...that's all...
