lol i've finally gotten my hair twisted. although it has taken all day i think it was worth the time. i have a question though... the crown and glory method says that i should put braid spray and infusium on my extentions once a week, is she referring to a mix of the two or seperately?

Hi lady,
I think she mixes it in a bowl and squeeze it with a sponge on the braids , and she does it every day or every other day, but, only after the poo she put the mix also on the scalp !

When I wore braids I mix the 2 together in a spray bottle and sprayed my hair 2x a day..it's much easier that way & less messy.
btw your twist look really nice, I think I might get some like that for the summer

I'm in twists too and I mix also mix the two together in a spray bottle and spray my twists every other day.
