Comb coils/Finger Twists???

I'm challenged and can't figure it out. I can do a few on the side, but when it comes to the middle, forget it. Please help!

Does it help to tilt your head to the side when doing your crown? Like do half with head tilted that side and half with head tilted the other side.

Sorry I can't be anymore helpful. I hate finger coils.

...Or putting your elbows on your knees while sitting and bringing your head to your hands.
