Colourshines Protein Treatment????

I was wondering if Colourshines in Clear be used as a protein treatment. It contains hydrolyzed wheat and soy proteins. They are like the third and fourth ingredients. So since it did nothing for shine I was wondering if I could use it as a light protein. What do yall think?
