HOw soon after applying regular color (I use bigen) can you use this?
Does this seal hair, making moisture treatments harder to penetrate?
TIA.

LOL! SOmeone else JUST asked me this.

Wait for the Bigen to "settle"....about 2 weeks. You don't HAVE to wait - you could do it the same day, but everyone's hair is affected differently by color so wait a few weeks.

Washes is actually how I gauge it...I wait at least 2 or 3 washes with shampoo so there's no clash of the color products happening, makes sure any residue from the last application is gone.

It does seal the hair and it doesn't make moisture treatments harder to penetrate on MY hair, but the very next washes' conditoner after a Seb application can probsably just be a quickie rinse out. You probably aren't getting QUITE as much of a conditioning benefit that IMMEDIATE wash after...but it's not Fort Knox. Conditioner gets through with no problem. Seb washes out gradually like everything else. It just offers the cuticle a little more protection is all.

Do a deep conditioning before the Seb to be sure...Wash, Deep Condition, Apply Seb...etc...

YWIA!
