Ladies I need your help! My hair is fine and I really want to rinse or color it black. But here's the dilemma, that last time I used Bigen to darken my hair black-brown, my hair broke drastically, I had to get a severe cut which hurt me badly about a year ago (not to mention I don't really think my stylist applied it right). :nono: Anyone on the board that uses Bigen, and if so do you use it with or without heat, and how do you maintain your hair after the process?

My hair is doing well is doing well now, but I hate the slight brownish hue to it. At this point I don't want to do anything that will set me back again. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them!

Thanks a bunch
