Color treated & relaxed hair = breakage??

Hi,

Ladies with color treated/highlites and relaxed hair, do you notice any breakage? What type of hair coloring products do you use? Home application or salon?

I have a little breakage. But I wasn't DCing like I should have or treating myself to regular protein treatments. My color was done professionally and I would recommend a good moisturizer like Mizani Rose H2O, JCS Nourish, or ORS Olive Oil. I also use Paul Mitchell's color protection shampoo and conditioner.

A place that I used bleach to highlight my hair fell out. I mean fell out! I think my other highlights are ok, but my hair is henna'd now so it's hard to say.
