Coconut Milk Powder

Anyone use this? How did you like it?
I saw it when I was at the Caribbean supermarket and I picked up a few packs. I don't like using coconut milk because when I tried it, it was way too watery. This way I may be able to make a thick paste and then add some other things...

I just saw this at the store for the first time to other day. It was only 92 cents so I just had to buy it. Haven't used it yet, in fact I was going to start a thread about it! I noticed it has glucose in it unlike coconut milk but figure my hair should still like it because it likes honey, agave nectar, bananas, etc. which all have some form of sugar in them.

cutiebe2, you can use some xanthan gum to add thickness to coconut milk to prevent it from running if you ever use it again .
