Co-Washing with Tresemme Anti-Breakage

Does anyone use this? Do you think it would gently enough to use as a co-wash every other day? What else would you suggest?

I used to use this daily as my co-wash. It's very economical and gives a lot of slip. I also like the regular formula - it actually gives more slip.

I love using Tresemme Anti-Breakage conditioner for co-washes ! Works like a charm. My hair responds very well to it. And I really love the amount you get---liter size, for such a nice price.

I think I am going to start doing this with the tresemme. Quick question tho...after you co-wash you put in a leave in and style/dry like normal right?

It's harmless. Didn't work for me but if your hair likes it, its ok to use daily.

I chose this one just because I used it for a year and it actually stopped my breakage and cut the shedding to like 1-2 strands a day. I like it as a reg conditioner so Im guessing it should be just as good for a co-wash. Well, atleast thats what I am hoping.
