I wanted to try this for a special occasion coming up. Can anyone recommend any particular brand or a technique?

LOL, I just saw this on Tyra and was searching while it was on, I haven't seen much that I know is clip in. I will be lurking here I want some highlights

I just saw that too, that's why I started this thread. I was thinking of glue-in tracks for just those two days but clip-ins seem safer and I can use them over.

LOL, I was looking under hairsisters.com, sally, and ebay, LOL, I was every where I though hmmm that is so cool!!!! Keep me posted.

Its best to just make your own...buy a pack of hair, some clips and sew them bad boys on yourself!!!

ETA: Sallys carries the clips! It's really easy to sew the hair onto the clip...

 just got an idea from ^^^^^^ thinking about actually doing it, BLonde blue, red, and purple, and number 33. HUH, I am going to collect a few pieces from all my lovely LHCF sisters and go buy me some clips, LOL

Serious though that is an AWESOME Idea, but so is the collecting little strips from my friends who have unused hair. I was serious, frugal and shopaholic in one, :D

So I have to sew it onto the clip what kind of clips to I look for, what the girl on Tyra had, blended really well!

i have some clip in colored tracks (a blue set and a red set lol)... i just section, clip, and go...

That sounds cool, I want red, purple, blonde and a few other colors not all at once, but I don't want to color my hair any other color but black and would love to let loose sometimes, but not damage my hair, clip and go sounds like my kind of hair. I don't have time to business with this hair, which is why once it hits a certain length I get a little Waiting to EXHALE!!!!!!

IF IF FIF IF FIFIF IF I get through the next year I might be a recovering addict!

The clips look like this! They work really well! ETA: They are about 2 bucks at sallys, and a lil cheaper if you have a sallys card.
