Hey Ladies. Happy Holidays to all. I have been dying to get on this board. We have had a winter storm down here in the South and I have been occupied with mainly keeping warm. Anyway, this is really a continuation of the clarifying shampoo post. My hairstylist has been doing this for about the last 2 months and I think my hair is loving it. She washes my hair first with a clarifying shampoo called Strictly Business I think. It smells wonderful and on the bottle it says something about for unruly relaxed hair. It has got honey in it and some other good stuff that I can't remember right off. Well, she does the first shampoo with this and then follows up with a moisturizing shampoo for the second wash. My hair does feel cleaner, but is not dry and hard afterwards. I just thuoght I might share that with some of the ladies that had Qs about how to use a clarifying shampoo.

Hi Scorpio,

Which brand of moisturizing shampoo does she use afterwards?
Is the Strictly Business clarifying shampoo she uses a salon brand? I don't think I've ever heard of it? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Pebbles,
I don't think it is a salon brand, but I will ask her next time. The shampoo bottle is just regular size-not the regular large salon size. Afterwards, she uses whichever moisturizing shampoo she has on hand-usually it is Dudleys. But I don't think it matters-just so long as it is moisturizing.
