Clarifying Question

I know this was discussed before. I just read it a few days ago! But I can't find it!

Can someone bump up the thread or just tell me:

What ingredients should I look for in a clarifying shampoo? Does "tingly" = clarifying? I found a full bottle of Aura Rosemary Mint shampoo under my sink...
