Clare vs Creamy Shampoos

Which shampoos do you like more: clear shampoos or creamy shampoos?

I read somewhere that creamy shampoos, for the most part, are better for dry hair. Do you find that to be true?

Personally creamy shampoos leave a residue on my scalp. The only exception for me is the ORS Creamy Aloe (this is clarifying/chelating).

I now only use that, my Bee Mine Shampoo Bar or for a good ole clean i'll use Herbal Essences Clarifying poo which is a clear product.
