makes my hair hard! what am I doing wrong?

How are you using it/ what other products are you using it with/ are you flat-ironing/ air drying/ or blowdrying/ roller-setting? are you adding it to dry hair or wet hair.....?

I use it for a serum before roller-setting or (rarely) blow drying

I had the same problem today also.. I washed my own hair and it made it hard but when I go to the salon and does my roller set my hair comes out fine.. I dont know what im doing wrong..

used it after a wash for heat protex and made my hair feel hard when ironing it out.

I apply a leave-in moisturizer first, then the CHI silk infusion. Maybe you can try a creamy leave-in first next time?? Don't give up on it! lol
