I believe I read of a carrot juice challenge, what are the challenges on the board and how long will each one last, respectively?

I really think there are too many to name...Off top i can think of the Hydro challenge, summer braid challenge, 12 inches in 12 months challenge and Stinky challenge,a new one pops up everyday and they usually last either a week, a month, a season, or a year...who can say!

I did a search for challenges cuz I was curious about that a few days ago and through that found the Hydro challenge (which I joined), and the stinky challege (which I want 2 join) so I would suggest a search to find them all (or at least most of them)
 
Here are the challenges Im doing:

No trim challenge
No heat challenge
Bun challenge
Stretching out relaxer challenge
Hydro challenge (drinking more water)

No matter what the length of the challenges, Im going to do them as long as I can until I reach my healthy long hair goals.
 
thanks for your reply, NYCQT16. what pray tell is the "stinky" challenge?!?I have quietly joined the "no trim" challenge, based on what I have read here and another web site. I have been able to maintain some length as a result.

...from what I read, the stinky challenge is the use of this smelly product (lol) that helps hair grow. Here's the link (hope it works) stinky challenge

There are also (sorry for any repeats): no heat, stretching relaxer, stinky, pj, carrot juice, braids, buns...
 
I should bump all the challenges I can find under search! Wow, that would be a days work in itself ... lol!
 
you're right, I had no idea there were so many.
I guess this time next year we all will be shash shaying with our hair down our backs!!
 
I have searched extensively for the back and sides grow out challenge. I cannot locate the link. Do you have it? If so, could you please forward to me? Thanks!

Hi guys- I just bumped up about 5 that I had in my favorites.

lillian743, I now try to get at LEAST 50g a day, although I think the protein challenge is 100g+. I'm just to broke too broike right now to support this high protein thing.

Anyway, to get the larger amount (90-120), I used to drink a Whey protein drink daily (22 or 23 g- mixing the poswer with OJ or something could take it to 25g) and have meat for all major meals of the day!
For example, breakfast might have been 2 eggs (12-16g depending on the size), turkey slice/ham/breakfast sausage (about 5g per piece), sliced cheese (I forget how much 5-10g per slice) and make a sandwich of it (5g per slice of bread).
So breakfast was like about 30g of protein.

I'd eat steak/fish/chicken or something (plus sides) for dinner. Dinner would end up being another 30-40g.

In between, I might snack on nuts or have a small bowl of cereal or something...about another 10-15 grams. And I'd drink the shake in the evening.

The body doesn't absorb any more after a certain amount at a time, so it was broken up this way.
So that was my protein plan! Thank goodness I wasn't on a diet!

I guess that I could be grand-fathered into the Stinky challenge since I have started to use Sulfer 8 Lite (with good results).
