What is the difference between the two? Which one gives better results? Which one is more expensive? Which one do you prefer and why?

OR is there a difference? Is this a stupid question? If it is then it just confuses me how ppl use theterm interchangeably

There is a difference. A Ceramic iron is a specific kind of flat iron. It has ceramic plates which is healthier for the hair since it distributes heat more evenly. Resulting is less damage. They are usually more expensive. A stylist used a CHI ceramin iron on my hair one time and it came out really nice. Its expensive tho'.

I have a Jilbere ceramic iron that I got at Sally's I like it too. I think I paid 30 for mine. HTH!
