Ceramic Flat Irons

Hey ladies

What is the difference between a ceramic flat iron and a regular one??? Is it less damaging to the hair?

This is what it is printed on the box of my ceramic flat iron:

Eliminates damaging hot spots

Assists in the breakdown of bacteria build-up

Personally I have had good results with mine. It's doesn't smooth my hair down like in the salons but it's pretty close. Next time I plan on using WGO on my hair.
