Cellophanes?? Cellogloss?

I have a small bottle of Nich Chavez Perfect Plus Cello-Gloss for natural, colored, or chemically treated hair. Is this like that sebastion colorshine some ppl have mentioned? someone gave it to me, but dont want to use it if its damaging at all to the hair.

This is what the bottle says:
