Has anyone tried these shampoos? Which one is better for moisture to combat dry scalp and ends?

I've used the tui one and like it a lot. It's moisturizing and the conditioner for that line is gr8 as well. I rcvd them both free from them a while back but haven't repurchased bc I mainly cowash and when I do wash with poo I use a clarifying one or sulfate one. The tui is sulfate free I believe.

If you're looking for a moisturizing poo and can't decide between these two HQ has a moisturizing poo and they have a 50% off sale right now. Look at the Hydroquench thread. But it's not sulfate free.

^^^Thanks for the suggestion. However, I am looking for a sulfate free shampoo and something that is as natural as possible.

I used the Black Vanilla shampoo for the first time on Wednesday (it was a free gift that came with a recent order). That stuff sucked the life out of my hair and stripped it so badly that I had to do some serious deep conditioning afterwards. I'm going to use the remainder to clean my combs, brushes and hair clips.

OP, IDK if you're relaxed or natural, but for my natural hair, that CD Black Vanilla shampoo was practically a clarifying shampoo.
Not unlike the poster ^^^ said, that shampoo took out EVERYTHING.
The only reason I didn't repurchase is because it was tangle city in my hair. I mean, my hair SNARLED at that shampoo even though I hardly used it anywhere but my scalp (nevermind the runoff). When a shampoo CAUSES tangles at my roots, I know it's not for me. It smells really good though. I could see it working for someone with a looser curl or no curl.
HTH!

The CD line is too fragrant for my liking. I know some who loves it and others who do not. I do have some of the Tui oil and I can't use it due to the heavy fragrance. However, KeraCare has a really nice moisturizing shampoo that is sulfate-free. It is the Hydrating Detangling shampoo. This is a staple shampoo for me.

Also, have you tried to Aubrey Organics line? I use their conditioners so I am not sure about the shampoos.

I liked it but I had to dilute it with oil Or it was too strong. Strong meaning to cleaning. And this was when my hair was bone straight.
