who uses this, why, how often and how does it feel? What are your results? I would like to incorporate it in my hair care regimen, but unsure of how.

I add ground cayenne pepper to my mtg oil..... the oil takes on an orangish color. It doesnt feel any different when i apply it to my scalp, but then again, ive never been one to experience any of the "tingling" that some of the other members experience.

Cant say whether or not it has made a huge difference, or any difference at all for that matter. In general, mtg works for me.... so if the cayenne pepper is helping out any more im not aware of it. I simply added it to the mtg oil because i had it in my cabinets, and i had read a few posts in which members were finding that the cayenne powder/oil was helping to stimulate their scalp and speed up growth. *shrug* I figure that it isnt hurting at all, so why not.

Do you grind the peppers yourself? If so, where do you get them? I have not been able to find whole, fresh "cayenne" peppers in the store. All I've seen is the stuff in the seasoning aisle of the grocery store.

I dont grind the peppers...... I just use regular, powdered cayenne pepper, that can be found in the spice section of the grocery store. :)

Once again..... i dont swear by the stuff, and i dont know whether its making a difference or not....... ?

Thanks, Kinikakes, for replying. I have wanted to try this for awhile. I just thought I couldn't find the right peppers.:ohwell: but now I know.

I've seen a mixture of alka seltzer, aspirin and vodka mixed with it, but I just don't know...

**off topic, how often do you use MTG, KiniKakes?
