will care free curls give me length by keeping it moist ?

and if so how much lenght have you experienced from it ?
if not what has helped you gain lenght?

i heard from a number of ppl that care free curls made there hair sticky and there was alot of buildup

it didn't make my ahir sticky and my hair was soft the whole day. I used the 99% oil free cream.

I agree with Shinka, it makes my hair soft and keeps my ends well moisturized. When you ends are well moisturized this causes less to no breakage and that is how you gain the length. Care Free Curl doesn't work for everyone. You might want to try S-Curl or another type of moisturizer that is compatible with your particular hair type. Just don't over do it with the spray, otherwise you'll have a greasy mess.
