care free curl snap back curl restorer

I bought this today. . . well I bought the whole line that, the gel and activator and the moisturizer.

I know gel is cool, I know moisturizer is cool activator is cool. But is a curl restorer safe for natural hair all it seems like is a leave in type because it says leave in for five minutes and then add the moisturizer after 5 minutes. Im confused I bought it anyway its only 3.49 what dose it do? or do I need some kinda curly perm. . . Im confused

I read about this on BHM in the curl section. It does seem to be for those with curls to help curls form after washing hair. But read the ingredients. I am not sure if you have to use any other products with it. It may be fine to use alone if you dont have a curl.
