Tbird...no I sat under the blazing dryer for this one.....airdrying in rollers drives me crazy....I did this one time and not even from completely wet to dry..
Yes I did this as a pretreatment and I will be doing this again!!! The shampooing was really nice and gentle...it didn't feel stripped or rough, like it sometimes feels...
HoneyLemon...definitely try this even if it just honey I think it will give you great results
