When I was relaxed I loved this stuff and I think I went through 3 jars. I only stopped buying it because I read an old thread here where a few people claimed that it slowly dried out their hair after about a year or so. My aunt also claimed that it dried out her hair over time. I stayed away ever since.
For my hair, a good moisturizer is anything that is water based, alcohol free (excluding glycerin), low in protein and high in fatty butters/oils like shea, mango, avocado butter.
