I emailed the makers of surge and they forwarded me suppplier located in Quebec. I called and the lady that I spoke to said that the bottles are priced at 6.99 each. She didn't know how much shipping cost. I'm assuming that the method of shipping they use must be C.O.D or something like that because I would pay the shipping when I get the bottles. I paid $10 and I live in Alberta. I thought it would be less. The UPS box said $7.47 but maybe they added in $2.53 for handling

Who knows! Plus I paid PST...we don't pay PST in Alberta but whatever. If my hair grows 1" a month I'll pay PST, GST, AST, BST

Yeah, it was about double what I would pay for a spray product. But, I think it's worth it if it helps stop the hair breakage problem I'm experiencing at the moment. That is the main reason I bought it. I don't want to lose hair that's about 3" away from my waist to breakage...ya know.
