Can you Wash/Rinse Twists?

So I want to get back to rinsing and cowashing everyday. But IDK if my twists will hold. I don't have extentions by the way. And I want to know will they stay fresh?

you can, but watch out for tangles. I tried it once. My hair looked fine, but it was really tangled when I tried to take the twists down.
