Can you use heat straight after a relaxer??

I think you should be able to blowdry. That's how they did mine in the salon after a relaxer. Maybe just on med-low with a heat protectant if you wanna play it safe.

I did last night. I usually don't. I prefer to airdry in 4-6 braids for a braid out. DH wanted to go out to dinner so I blowdried my hair and curled the ends. I used two quarter sized amts of heat protectant (generic biosilk from sally's). My hair feels great. Your hair will be fine...esp if you only use heat once a month or less.

I also reached a new milestone (mid back length)!!!!
