can you use aphogee right b4 or after braids?

ive used aphogee b4, but never right after removing braids. i plan to rebraid my hair but i dont know if i should wait and deep condition for a few days. or just aphogee it and braid it back up? i dont want to do any damge, please let me know if its ok, sombody.

im really not sure but i think it may help cause it your hair might be alil damage from braids so it might help... but make sure to use a moisturizing deep conditioner afterwards
