I would say 3b/c.

the first one almost looks like it could have been 3c/4a but then the second one looks all 4a.

reason being is that 3c usually grows in straight then starts to form a curl around an inch in. so for the most at ten weeks 3c hair would look relativly straight with a slight curl.
