please go into my album and see if u can tell me what type my daughter's hair is. i think it's a 4. thanks everyone

You daughter has nice hair. She looks to me like a 3c/4a. That typing thing in so confusing though. I could be wrong cause I don't see her hair when it is wet or on a daily basis!

I'd go with 4a too.

Same here. I'm mostly 4a and my new growth looks like your daughters.

I'd agree... my hair looked like that when I was little & natural and I'm a 4a

her hair looks just like mine, I'd say 4a. But I definitely have some 4b at my edges and in the back

Hard to tell...It looks like a braidout. I could be wrong but I think the best way to tell is to let it air dry in a loose state then assess it.

thanks ladies....i was thinking somewhere in the 4 range. her hair is pretty easy to comb dry but when wet its a horrid mess...very tangled at the ends...i cant even explain the tangles at the end.....lol...and it shrinks like u wouldnt believe. when i have it in beads its really long but if i try to do a few ponytails it looks like she has no hair...go figure. anyway thanks for the help.

dsd...i would like to grow it to waist...when its in beads and stretched out all the way its midback but it shrinks so badly. i will try to put another pic in my album if i find it so u can see what i mean...
