Yes.

I stayed on top of my protein and didn't have a lot of breakage and did low mani, and buns.

My hair is between WL and TBL. If and when I cut the relaxed ends off, at this point would be at about APL. Its too drastic of a change for me and I can't do it full gusto!

So you can, and trim as you go.
