Can you help me find this thread for inspiration

I remember when I was a lurker, I came here and saw a thread tiltled Drastic Night and Day pictures or something like that and it really encouraged me to care for my hair. Seeing everybodys before and after pictures made me wanna keep on going.
I was trying to find it but I couldn't. So if anybody knows the thread I'm talking about could you bump it up for me and anybody else who may need some inspiration and encouragement in their hair journey. Thanks in advance.
