Can u tell me how to achieve this look?

I'm a 4a/4b natural trying to achieve the look here in the second picture on this page..http://www.missjessies.com/beforeafter.html

How long do you think this style would last? I see the directions on how they achieve it, but it's not clear to me..thoughts?

What exactly is not clear? Is it how they 2 strand twist? They also have an accompanying video for dry two strand twists:

Thanks, just noticed the video..doesn't quite turn out like the picture..but I guess it just bease that way sometimes...

yeah, if you notice the narration of the video, they tell you the further separated the hair for the more voluminous look. If you look at the small section of her head that they show as she is taking out the twists, it looks more like the picture you were looking at. You just undo the twists, don't separate them out or fluff them further as they did in the final step of the video.
