There are so many threads on regimens. Which one are you looking for? This one or this one?
Instead of scrolling through pages, why not do a search on the Hair Care Tips and Product Review Discussion Forum using these criteria:
SEARCH WORD: "regimen"
SEARCH WHERE: in subject
SEARCH WHAT PERIOD: Newer than 1 year
That should give you quite a selection of threads on the topic.
